Directions to Astoria Park
By Train:
Take the N or W train towards Ditmars Blvd. and get off at the
Astoria Blvd. station (next to last stop). Walk west on Hoyt Ave. about
1/4 mile into Astoria Park. Walk past parking lot, then turn right (north) and go about 200 yards to the stage area. Sit down and enjoy the show!
From Long Island:
LIE West to Grand Central Parkway West (to Tri-Boro Bridge)
Exit at Hoyt Ave. (Last exit before Tri-Boro Bridge)
Take Hoyt Ave alongside TB Bridge 1/4 mile straight into parking
lot of Astoria Park. Walk north 200 yards to stage area.
From Brooklyn:
BQE into Queens. Follow signs to Tri-Boro Bridge, Grand Central Parkway West.
Take GCP West to Hoyt Ave. Take Hoyt Ave. 1/4 mile or so to parking lot. Park car and walk north
200 yards or so to stage area.
From New Jersey:
George Washington Bridge to the Major Deegan Expressway South.
Take expressway a couple of miles to Triboro Bridge(Queens) exit.
Take Tri-Boro Bridge to very first exit.
Make first left at elevated train (31st street). Make very next left (Hoyt Ave.)
and take it 1/4 mile or so into Astoria Park parking lot. Walk north
in park about 200 yards to the stage area.
